The company
One founder-led company. Three lines of work.
KetoNoir LLC is a Texas limited liability company based in Weatherford, in Parker County. It was formed in April 2026 and runs three lines of work under one name, each with its own home.
- The KetoNoir app. Keto tracking and an AI coach on iPhone and Android, in English and Spanish. Its home is ketonoir.ai.
- KetoNoir for Clinicians. A web dashboard that turns the month a patient chooses to share into a visit-ready check-in. Its home is clinicians.ketonoir.ai.
- The KetoNoir affiliate program. A creator program we run on our own platform, with rates set per partner. Its home is ketonoir.com/affiliate.
01Clinicians
The month, ready before the visit.
KetoNoir for Clinicians opened on October 3, 2026. When a patient logs in KetoNoir and chooses to share, the practice sees that month arranged for the appointment.
- Net carbs, protein, fat and calories for each day against the patient's targets, with every meal one click away.
- Ketones, glucose and GKI beside blood pressure, weight and lipid results, each reading tagged with its source.
- A short list of items worth raising at the visit, each with the reading behind it.
- What the patient reported on the in-app safety screening, and whether that switched the AI coach off for them.
- A summary built from the logs by fixed templates, never written by AI, and a report that prints cleanly for the chart.
How a patient connects
You invite. Add a patient, then hand over a code, a link or a printed QR sheet, in English or Spanish.
They review. Before anything is shared, the patient sees every category your practice would receive and can leave optional ones out.
They approve, and can stop. Sharing starts only when the patient approves it in their own account, and ends whenever they say so.

Where it stands
The dashboard and its demo are live. Real patient data reaches a practice only after that practice is activated, which includes verifying the clinician and signing a data agreement with KetoNoir LLC. Until then, a practice can invite patients, and they can begin logging in the app at once.

Clinicians and staff. Unlimited seats and patient invitations, plus a KetoNoir Premium account of your own.

Sponsored patient, per month. Covers a patient's KetoNoir Premium at half the monthly app price. Billed only for patients connected that month. Stop sponsoring anyone at any time.
$3.99
Clinic rate, per patient per month. Applies automatically from 50 sponsored patients, with an onboarding session for your staff and priority support.
A patient who already pays for Premium connects at no cost to the practice. No setup fee, no seat fee, no contract. Billing begins only after activation and the first sponsored connection.
2026 launch pilot
Practices that join by December 31, 2026 sponsor their first 25 patients at no charge for 90 days.
Security
Clinicians are verified before real patient data connects, including an NPI check against the national NPPES registry when a number is provided. Data travels encrypted and is stored encrypted, and the clinician site runs no advertising pixels, analytics trackers or tracking cookies.

02Affiliates and creators
An affiliate program we run ourselves.
The KetoNoir affiliate program opened on July 26, 2026. It runs on our own platform, not through a network, for creators, coaches, educators and writers whose audiences are adults who log what they eat.
- How partners earn
- A bounty when a referred person creates a qualified account, and a commission on that member's first paid subscription, on the App Store, Google Play or the web. Rates are set per partner and confirmed in writing at approval. We do not publish them.
- How credit is assigned
- Web visits through a partner link or QR code are credited for 30 days, last click. Android installs carry the credit through the Google Play referrer. Apple does not pass the link to the app, so an iPhone install is credited only when the person enters the partner's code at sign-up.
- When it pays
- Commissions mature after 60 days. Partners choose monthly on the 1st, twice a month on the 1st and 15th, or a balance threshold they set. Nothing pays out below $25; smaller balances roll forward. Payment is by ACH or check.
- Paperwork
- A partner agreement and a W-9 or W-8, signed online before the first payout. US partners receive a 1099-NEC where the law requires one.
- The rules
- Partners are 18 or older and promote only to adults. Disclose the relationship in every post, as the FTC requires. Make no medical or disease claims.
- Review
- We aim to review every application within 1 to 2 business days.

04Standards
How we build.
A coach with hard limits.
The AI coach, powered by Anthropic's Claude, tells people it is AI. It refuses calorie targets under 1,200 and crash-loss requests, gives an eating disorder helpline when it does, and switches off when a user's health screening flags a condition. Those rules run on our servers, not in the fine print.
Health data is not inventory.
We never sell your health data. We share it only with the service providers named in our Privacy Policy, to run the features you use. The current app carries no advertising SDKs, and the clinician dashboard runs no ad pixels, analytics or tracking cookies.
Adults, and a clear line.
KetoNoir is for adults 18 and over. It supports a ketogenic protocol and the clinicians who guide one. It is not a medical device and it does not replace a physician.

Terry Cree II, Founder
A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, he served with 2nd Battalion, 11th Marines and was held on stop-loss during the 2003 invasion of Iraq. He has spent more than 18 years in oil and gas completions, and built the first version of KetoNoir as a tool for his own ketogenic protocol.
